Brittany Johnson

Certified Fitness Trainer and Founder

Hi my name is Brittany Johnson. I started my journey with becoming a fitness instructor in 2017. I began as a kickboxing instructor for Ilovekickboxing.com. This is where my love and passion for helping others kicked off, no pun intended. 2021 I received my personal training certification through ISSA and became a personal trainer/group instructor at Anytime Fitness. From these roles I was inspired to create something of my own.

 I wanted to create my own business and tailor the training for women who are looking to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually within their fitness journey. I wanted to build a community for women to feel confident, sexy, and strong in their own skin. This fitness lifestyle comes with struggles and ups and downs. Goddess Vibes Fitness creates a safe space for women to not feel judged and celebrate our bodies with all the changes it goes through.

 I want women to know fitness can be fun. With the trampolines classes that are offered, this is proven! Trampoline classes are full body workout that consists of light weights and cardio circuits on a mini rebounder. Rhythm or no rhythm, this class will be a great fit for you! From the upbeat music, to the high energy and motivation from the instructor and members, you are sure to have a great time working up a sweat and burn calories. All levels are welcomed and modifications are provided. It’s always a vibe. Don’t believe me, come check out a class for yourself!
